The company said Wednesday it will offer its ESInet service to provide CAECD with internet protocol-based call routing tools that would modernize the district’s decades-old 911 infrastructure.

ESInet is built to help users manage communications routing, distribute large amounts of calls, maintain service at times of calamity and boost incident awareness.

The service is compliant with the National Emergency Number Association’s i3 standards for a modernized architecture.
