Vcinity has launched a technology platform designed to help enterprise customers access real-time data on demand and obtain insight from information assets.
The company said Monday its patented offering will allow users to move and view geographically dispersed data on premise or in a cloud environment to support their organizations’ digital initiatives.
An International Data Corp. study has found that 59 percent of enterprises remain in the second or third stage of their business digitization efforts due to limited access to information.
San Jose, Calif.-based Vcinity also partnered with Peraton to support customers within the U.S. Air Force in efforts to access data from multiple locations and manage computing infrastructure.
Vcinity noted it also works with IBM, Mercury Systems, Parry Labs and other companies under nondisclosure agreements, as well as reseller deals with Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and NRI.
