Former Defense Department official Michele Flournoy and Goldman Sachs veteran Ellen Jewett have been named to the board of directors at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Flournoy, who will join the board’s compensation committee on Oct. 24, previously served as DoD undersecretary for policy and as CEO of the Center for a New American Security, Booz Allen said Tuesday.
She is also co-founder and managing partner at WestExec Advisors.
Jewett will serve on the audit committee of Booz Allen’s board starting Oct. 25. She currently holds the position of managing partner at Canoe Point Capital and previously led the government and infrastructure business at BMO Capital Markets.
She spent more than two decades at Goldman Sachs and managed the investment bank’s public sector transportation group in her most recent role.
