Carahsoft Technology has landed a spot on the Washington Business Journal’s 2018 list of top 100 privately held companies in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, ranked by total revenue during the previous fiscal year.
The company said Tuesday it recorded $4.4B in 2017 bookings and saw the number of its employees increase to more than 900 since its first appearance on WBJ’s Top 100 List in 2007.
Craig Abod, president of Carahsoft and a four-time Wash100 recipient, said the company works to create value for government clients, reseller partners and other information technology vendors.
The Reston, Va.-based IT contractor ranked no. 5 on the newest list.
WBJ also recognized the company on the publication’s Largest Government Technology Contractors list for the eighth straight year.
