T-Rex Solutions Named in 'Inc. 5000' List of High-Growth Companies Anew - top government contractors - best government contracting eventT-Rex Solutions has garnered a spot in Inc. magazine’s list of the United States’ top privately held companies undergoing rapid growth.

The company said Tuesday it ranked 349th in this year’s Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. It came in second among government contractors with $100M to $200M in annual revenue and 28th in the division for government services providers.

T-Rex Solutions, based in Greenbelt, Md., reported 2017 revenues of $195.5M, or an increase of 1,428% in three years.

“We are thrilled to be recognized by Inc. 5000 for the third time since 2014,” said Trevor Wilby, CEO at T-Rex Solutions, which was founded in 1999 and had 385 employees in 2017.

The Inc. 5000 list ranks private, independent U.S. firms based on percentage revenue growth recorded over three years. SwanLeap, a logistics company in Madison, Wi., dubbed as the “eBay of freight,” topped the Inc. 5000 list with a growth rate of 75,661% on 2017 revenues of $99M.

Altogether, the 2018 Inc. 5000 companies exhibited a 538.2 percent average growth with a 171.8 percent median rate.
