The consulting firm’s team of acquisition specialists and scrum masters created a set of methodologies and best practices based on guidelines found in the Agile Manifesto, CIO Playbook and TechFAR Handbook.
According to Sehlke, its process covers key aspects of establishing an agile acquisition system meant to address both the individual elements and how each component interact with one another to create value.
