Military Simulation and Training Magazine has recognized Science Applications International Corp. for the company’s training support for U.S. Navy fleet personnel.
SAICÂ said Friday it received the publication’s Industry Award for Excellence in Outstanding Service and Support Program in recognition of its work under the service branch’s Fleet Forces Command Fleet Training Support/Fleet Deployment Training Program.
The company has provided planning, analysis, assessment, program management and execution services, as well as developed complementary academic tools intended for naval training efforts.
“Our team has over 20 years of experience using game technology and live, virtual, and constructive simulations to design and develop training,†said Josh Jackson, senior vice president and general manager of SAIC’s engineering, integration and mission solutions market segment.
