CenturyLink has been selected as a partner under Amazon Web Services’ Managed Service Provider program.
The MSP partner status will allow the Monroe, La.-based firm to deliver cloud products and services that contain access to AWS resources to its customers, CenturyLink said Friday.
The telecommunications company’s offerings include the Cloud Application Manager platform, which is designed to provide users with increased oversight on their cloud deployment operations.
CenturyLink’s Cloud Connect Solutions portfolio also delivers networking connections and various connectivity options to AWS to operate hybrid-cloud applications.
David Shacochis, vice president of product management at CenturyLink, said the AWS MSP designation certifies the company’s products for modern cloud-based operations.
He added that the partner status will help the firm further address several AWS use cases.
The MSP program is designed to help companies coordinate with AWS Partner Network members in migrating and managing their AWS workloads.
