The U.S. Agency for International Development has submitted a request for information on systems used to track correspondence documents.
USAID is in need of a system that would automatically receive and categorize solicited and unsolicited correspondence, and notify officials for feedback and approval, the agency said Wednesday in a FedBizOpps notice.
The agency currently manages correspondence via a paper-based approach, and intends to meet the government’s requirement for digital engagement with stakeholders.
The FBO notice details that the intended system should be cloud-based; comply with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program; and accommodate at least 50 active users at the same time.
Responses to the sourcing are due Oct. 15.
