Two CACI International employees have received the Office of the Secretary of the Defense Medal for Valor in recognition of their involvement in counterinsurgency and force member recovery efforts.
CACI employees Brandon “Ray†Seabolt and Michael “Tony†Dunne accepted the award from Lt. Gen. Darsie Rogers, deputy director of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the company said Tuesday.
Ken Asbury, CACI president and CEO, said the company congratulates Dunne and Seabolt on their recognition.
“We are truly honored and proud to have employees like these, who exemplify the ultimate in bravery and courage to support our country’s most critical national security missions,†added Asbury, a five-time Wash100 winner.
The awards came six years after Dave Jensen, a CACI employee, received a Medal for Valor.
The Medal for Valor is the Defense Department’s highest civilian honor that recognizes private individuals and government employees for their acts of sacrifice and heroism despite personal safety risks.
