The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency has selected Hexagon US Federal for a $9 million firm-fixed- price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide a variety of content management services as part of the agency’s navigational safety efforts.
The company will assist in NGA’s Janus Maritime Tactical Ocean Data and Littoral Planning Charts operations for one base year and four one-year options, according to a notice posted on FBO.gov.
The time-and-materials contract tasks Hexagon US Federal with supporting Maritime TOD and LPC’s products and datasets, perform content management and product finishing functions, leverage existing geospatial data and develop strategies to ensure timeliness and high data quality.
The project is slated for completion on Aug. 27, 2023.
