DLH‘s mission services and solutions business has received appraisal from the CMMI Institute with a level 3 Capability Maturity Model Integration rating.
The company said Tuesday it obtained certification after the institute’s Concept Quality Assurance Lab, several DLH employees and an appraisal team leader assessed the firm’s implementation of the CMMI for Development model.
The evaluation team validated that the company’s processes are organized and described in standards, procedures and tools, among other things, enabling the firm to accomplish the CMMI Level 3 score.
“We are very proud of this important accomplishment,” said Helene Fisher, president of DLH’s MSS operating unit.
“We look forward to continually improving our customers’ return on investment with sustainable and measurable processes,” Fisher added.
DLH is headquartered in Atlanta and offers healthcare and public services support to government clients.
