VIQTORY, a veteran-owned recruitment marketing firm, has included Constellis in its list of Military Friendly Employers for 2019.
The firm chose the winning companies by conducting extensive research on thousands of U.S. federal contractors, administering a survey of over 200 businesses and seeking input from military employees as well as the Military Friendly Advisory Council, Constellis said in a press release.
VIQTORY determined the employers’ final ratings based on their survey score and an evaluation of their treatment of veterans and military employees during the application, new hire retention, employee turnover and promotion and advancement phases.
Enrst & Young facilitated independent data calculations and tabulations to ensure fairness and accuracy.
“We are dedicated to our veterans – about 70 percent of our employees are former military or law enforcement. We value the critical knowledge and commitment veterans bring to our clients and organization,†said Constellis Chief Operating Officer Paul Donahue.
As part of their selection for the annual Military Friendly list, Constellis and its co-winners will be featured in December issue of G.I. Jobs magazine, the January 2019 issue of Military Spouse Magazine and on MilitaryFriendly.com.
