The U.S. Army seeks potential industry sources of a web-based platform designed to store data on the non-residential property market.
A FedBizOpps notice posted Tuesday the Army Corps of Engineers is considering entering into a user license agreement to access an online database that offers information on non-residential rental rates, listing prices, property locations, transaction history, floor plans and amenities, pictures, demography, traffic, maps and various reports.
The platform should also contain data about assessors, brokers, sellers and buyers in large metropolitan statistical areas and small market areas and cities designated by the CESAS Appraisal Team, according to the notice.
USACE also intends for the system to offer minimal access to Texas market data and include a tool for accessing property information in Alabama and Mississippi, which do not publicly disclose reports for real estate sales.
