A Vectrus subsidiary has received a potential five-year, $43 million contract to provide maintenance services at a U.S. Army base located in the southwest German city of Stuttgart.
Vectrus Systems will administer, operate, maintain, repair and build structures for government-owned facilities and equipment at U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart, the company said Thursday.
Chuck Prow, president and CEO of Vectrus and a four-time Wash100 winner, said the firm-fixed-price contract will expand the scope of work that the company performs within the U.S. European Command’s area of responsibility.
Stuttgart houses about 23,000 residents and serves as headquarters for EUCOM and the U.S. Africa Command.
The garrison has five military installations that include Panzer Kaserne, Patch Barracks, Kelley Barracks, Robinson Barracks and Stuttgart Army Airfield.
