PwC Public Sector Rebrands as ‘Guidehouse’ Under Veritas Ownership

The PwC Public Sector business acquired by investment firm Veritas Capital in May now operates under the name Guidehouse, ExecutiveBiz has learned.

Guidehouse’s website says the company will offer technology, management and strategy consulting services to multiple sectors that include the defense, national security and state and local government markets.

The consulting firm is led by Scott McIntyre, former CEO of PWC Public Sector and a two-time Wash100 recipient.

Deborah Ricci, a 25-year government market veteran, joined Guidehouse earlier this month as chief financial officer after serving in a similar position at Constellis and Centerra Group.
