Kratos Defense and Security Solutions has secured a $6.3 million contract to supply tools and hardware in support of a national security organization’s efforts to counter chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive threats.
The company said Tuesday its modular systems division will manufacture specialized equipment for the unnamed customer under the contract.
Tom Mills, the division’s president, said the business works with clients to develop and field systems meant to help address national security objectives.
Kratos offers components for integration into command, control, communication, computer, combat, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems.
