CACI International has obtained certification from NSF International for compliance with industry-recognized standards on information technology service management systems and processes.
The company said Monday it received the International Organization for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission 20000-1:2011 designation after NSF assessed the firm’s U.S. operations and platforms that support enterprise IT service delivery.
The certification encompasses systems planning, establishment, implementation, operation, monitoring, review, maintenance and improvement requirements.
DeEtte Gray, president of CACI’s U.S. operations and a three-time Wash100 recipient, said the company aims to build up its presence in the enterprise IT market where clients increasingly seek providers that have implemented ITSM programs.
CACI offers information systems and services intended to help government customers manage national security missions and organizational transformation efforts.
