Anthony Aquino, a U.S. Army reservist and former division director of strategy at Leidos, has been named president of a TechFlow subsidiary that offers mission support services to federal government and military customers.
He will lead EMI Services and its efforts to help Defense Department clients maintain facilities as well as manage base operations, logistics activities and information technology assets, TechFlow said Monday.
Aquino joined the Army Reserve in 2001 and has served as a colonel and deputy commander for the 599th Transportation Brigade since 2015.
He previously worked at Citibank while serving in the military before his tenure at marketing company as Spectra Products as CEO and president.
After that, he moved to Leidos and managed business development and capture efforts across the Reston, Va.-based contractor’s business lines.
