TeraThink has secured a spot on the Defense Logistics Agency’s potential eight-year, $6 billion contract vehicle for information technology services through an asset purchase agreement.
The company said Thursday it will compete for task orders to support DLA, service branches and other civilian agencies under the J6 Enterprise Technology Services contract that has a base term of five years and one three-year option.
In December 2016, DLA awarded 142 companies positions on the contract vehicle that covers 21 IT areas such as cybersecurity and information assurance, application development, systems engineering, network and enterprise architecture support.
TeraThink CEO Dan Maguire said the company will leverage its information management, enterprise applications and digital transformation capabilities to support DLA’s 2018-2026 strategic plan and mission needs.
TeraThink said DLA has procured IT services worth more than $500 million through the JETS contract since March 2017.
