Noblis has been named to The Washington Post’s annual list of 150 top workplaces in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area for five years in a row.
The nonprofit science and technology services provider’s inclusion in the list is based on the results of an employee survey that looks at execution, alignment and other areas of workplace culture and was conducted by Energage for the publication, Noblis said Friday.
Noblis landed the 17th spot in the large employer category.
Jean Cain, vice president and chief human resources officer at Noblis, said the company is honored to be included for the fifth time in the list that seeks to reflect its efforts to maintain a workplace culture that advances the development and growth of employees.
“Every year, we share the results of the survey back to employees and try to find areas to improve employee engagement,†Cain said in an interview.
“It’s important for us to assure to employees that company executives are listening and care about what they have to say,â€Â she added.
