CSRA, a managed affiliate of General Dynamics‘ information technology business, has received a potential $65 million task order to provide IT support for the Environmental Protection Agency‘s local area network.
The General Services Administration‘s Federal Systems Integration and Management Center awarded the order that covers work at more than 100 EPA offices for a period of up to six years, General Dynamics Information Technology said Tuesday.
Paul Nedzbala, senior vice president of federal civilian portfolio at GDIT, said that the contract presents an opportunity for the company to help modernize EPA LANs and support the agency’s IT infrastructure.
The order also represents CSRA’s continued network IT support to the agency after its acquisition by General Dynamics earlier this year.
CSRA was awarded a potential five-year, $266 million contract in May of last year to help EPA manage application platforms and infrastructure.
