Concurrent Technologies Corp. has received a potential three-year, $6.2 million contract to help the U.S. Marine Corps manage the cybersecurity of the service branch’s facility-related control systems.

The company said Thursday it will provide functional and technical programmatic support needed to secure energy, data, buildings, fire control and traffic cameras at USMC installations.

CTC has partnered with Risk Mitigation Consulting to re-engineer processes; analyze data; support policy; conduct assessments; manage inventory and accounting; and support community of practice for FRCS.

Ed Sheehan, president and CEO of CTC, said the company aims to help the service branch mitigate potential vulnerabilities and strengthen cyber posture at installations.

The contract has a one-year base period and an option to continue work for two additional years.
