ECS Federal has landed a spot on The Washington Post’s list of the top places to work in the D.C. metropolitan area for the fifth consecutive year.
Fairfax, Va.-based ECS said Monday its employees completed an Energage-administered survey on workplace culture and values as part of the selection process for 2018 Top Workplaces awardees.
George Wilson, president of ECS and a 2018 Wash100 recipient, said the company attributes its growth, customer service and innovation to the hard work and dedication of its management teams and staff members.
The information technology services provider aims to generate $1 billion in revenue by 2021 as a separate segment under ASGN, which bought the IT contractor earlier this year.
