CACI International aims to help the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency create, validate, expand and integrate GEOINT data through a potential 10-year, $920 million contract awarded in late May.
The company said Wednesday it will apply its foundational geospatial data, cloud migration and automation expertise to support the agency’s Janus Geography program.
“Secure and timely access to relevant, anticipatory geospatial intelligence is of paramount importance to decision-makers, warfighters, intelligence professionals and first responders,” said Ken Asbury, president and CEO of CACI.
Asbury added the company seeks to deliver tools designed to help NGA and its national security customers address missions.
CACI is one of 10 awardees on the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and noted the IDIQ represents new and continuing work for the Arlington, Va.-based contractor’s intelligence services business.
The company has developed more than 200 tools and algorithms intended to accelerate the delivery of human geography and topographical content.
