HMS Technologies‘ 1Vision subsidiary and AMC Health have received authority to operate certification and a contract from the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide telehealth services to former military personnel and their family members.
The team also won a spot on a potential $258.7 million contract to help the VA deploy platforms built to comply with data security and privacy requirements, AMC Health said Monday.
AMC Health offers a platform designed to help patients transmit information, such as vital signs, and medical condition-specific data with the use of Bluetooth-enabled devices.
CareConsole employs an analytics engine technology that works to alert veteran’s care coordinators of clinical issues or trends.
VA provides healthcare services to approximately 9 million veterans at 1,240 facilities.
