Mercury Systems has introduced a digital transceiver that works to help warfighters perform electronic warfare and signal processing operations in hostile environments.
The EnsembleSeries DCM6111 6U VPX digital transceiver complies with OpenVPX standards and features a system security engineering capability – BuiltSECURE - that seeks to facilitate the configuration and deployment of personalized security platforms, the company said Thursday.
The transceiver works to deliver ultra-low latency performance and integrates digital to analog converter and analog to digital converter circuitry.
Charlie Hudnall, vice president and general manager of embedded sensor products group at Mercury Systems, said the new offering aims to demonstrate the company’s efforts to combine its digital and analog integration experience with agile security architectures in support of warfighters.
