The U.S. International Trade Commission seeks information on potential vendors that can provide a cloud-based document management platform designed to help USITC share files with other government agencies, law firms and individuals and ensure the security of confidential data.
A FedBizOpps notice posted Friday says USITC is looking for a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program-compliant platform that would allow the agency to create folders for shared content and accounts without the intervention of information technology personnel.
The cloud-based system should enable external users to access and submit content via a web portal and allow the commission to perform metadata tagging and scrubbing.
It should also have support for integration with Microsoft Outlook, document comparison, text searches across files, and full governance controls, according to the request for information.
Responses to the RFI are due June 6.
