ICF will help the Department of Housing and Urban Development deliver integrated technical assistance and capacity building services under a number of three-year cooperative agreements.
The company said Tuesday it will provide data analytics, capacity building, and web-based and on-site training for local non-profit organizations and city, county and state bodies through HUD’s Community Compass program.
Under the agreements, ICF’ will continue managing the HUD Exchange, which serves as an online program implementation resource platform for HUD grant recipients.
HUD program offices that support the Community Compass’ technical assistance requirements include Community Planning and Development, Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity, Housing and Public, and Indian Housing.
ICF and HUD will also hold a conference in fall intended to guide recipients of the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery grant on the designing, implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery programs.
The conference will feature the use of the ICF-developed Disaster Recovery Toolkits of HUD.
