SRC will provide counter unmanned aerial systems supplies for the U.S. Air Force under a $57.5 million contract action.
The Defense Department said Monday the award was a result of a sole-source acquisition.
Work will run through Nov. 30, 2018.
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center has obligated a total of $28.1 million from fiscal years 2016 and 2017 procurement funds.
SRC was chartered by the state of New York as an independent and non-profit research and development company that offers science, technology and information-based products for application in the defense, environment and intelligence sectors.
