Ruben Pena, a 25-year veteran of Transportation Technology Center Inc., has joined Ensco as director of the company’s government surface transportation business.
Ensco said Friday Pena will oversee customer relations and help government clients implement transportation safety and security technology platforms.
“He brings with him more than 25 years of experience successfully leading new programs in railway safety and security with U.S. federal agencies, and passenger and freight railways around the world,” said Jeff Stevens, vice president of Ensco’s applied technology and engineering division.
Pena previously served as director of TTCI’s marketing and business development and a member of several industry professional associations.
