Nimbis Services has won a potential five-year, $49.5 million contract to develop an ecosystem for the U.S. Air Force to verify microelectronics throughout the life cycle.
The company will support a research and development project to help the service branch manage microelectronics supply chain risks, the Defense Department said Thursday.
The Air Force Research Laboratory received six offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and the service branch will obligate $1 million on the first task order.
