Consulting firm BayFirst Solutions has moved to bolster its recruitment efforts through a program that will offer bonus payments of up to $3,000 for external referrals to fill positions in its cybersecurity and counterintelligence organizations.
The Washington-based national security and defense contractor said Friday eligible non-BayFirst employees who refer candidates subsequently hired for the cyber technology and counterintelligence vacancies by June 30, 2019, may receive the one-time bonus.
BayFirst CEO Kevin Gooch noted the company is working to update its hiring in the fields of cyber, counterintelligence and threat assessment amid a new phase in its strategic growth efforts.
The external referral program will accept referrals through Dec. 31.
