Matthew Clark, former lead of autonomous manned-unmanned teaming at the Air Force Research Laboratory’s aerospace systems directorate, has been named as a principal scientist at technology company Galois.
Galois said Wednesday Clark plans to focus on cyber-physical system design and assurance efforts in his new position.
He previously supervised autonomous controls branch within AFRL’s power and control division, where he earned an Air Force Meritorious Civilian Service Award, and served as technical area lead for verification of autonomous systems at the lab.
Clark also supported the Air Force Test and Evaluation infrastructure, cybersecurity and strategic planning functions during his service at the Air Force Materiel Command headquarters.
