Telos‘ identity management solutions business has secured a contract to help process background checks for aviation workers at the Los Angeles International Airport.
The company said Monday it integrated the web-based Designated Aviation Channeling service with LAX’s credential management system and performed onsite DAC and Rap Back training.
Los Angeles World Airports, which operates LAX, awarded the contract.
Dawn Lucini, vice president of aviation security at Telos ID, said the company has helped simplify the airport’s worker background check process for more than 54,000 badge holders.
The DAC platform is approved by the Transportation Security Administration and designed to comply with TSA and Department of Homeland Security requirements for personally identifiable information management.
Ashburn, Virginia-based Telos works with government and enterprise customers to help them secure facilities, people and information assets through the use of technology.
