Technical and Project Engineering has received two certifications from the International Organization for Standardization for the company’s quality management systems and project management practices.
TAPE said Monday its ISO 9001:2015 certificate demonstrates that the company works to maintain the quality of its products and services, address stringent requirements and adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
The ISO 21500:2012 certificate recognizes the firm’s capacity to understand basic processes, manage costs, establish context for project management aspects and meet customer needs.
“Project management is a crucial component of virtually all work TAPE performs on government contracts,” said Michael Kelliher, vice president of TAPE’s DoD enterprise solutions business.
The company uses ISO standards as a guide in efforts to prepare training resource and planning documents meant to help the U.S. Army manage funds and readiness programs.
