The GlobalEye, a modified Bombardier Global 6000 aircraft, underwent a test that lasted one hour and 46 minutes, following a wave of ground trials, Saab said Wednesday.

The aircraft’s modifications include a combination of surveillance equipment for air, maritime and ground, such as the Erieye extended range radar and other sensor systems.

The GlobalEye will be delivered as the Swing Role Surveillance System to the United Arab Emirates that ordered the aircraft in 2015.
