Octo Consulting Group will participate in a DMI-led industry team that secured a potential five-year, $20 million contract to provide engineering and programmatic services for the U.S. Army‘s automated human resource systems.
Octo said Tuesday it will help the service branch’s program executive office for enterprise information systems to design, build, implement and sustain AHRS software and hardware under a subcontract with DMI.
AHRSÂ is a suite of knowledge-based automation tools designed to help the Army align human resource functions with its mission.
Mehul Sanghani, Octo CEO, said the company seeks to help ensure that the service branch’s HR systems are interoperable with the Defense Department IT infrastructure.
DVS and Dfuse will also support the project as subcontractors to DMI.
The firm-fixed price contract has an 11-month base period, followed by four 12-month option periods.
