A Boeing subsidiary has partnered with Accenture, Oracle and Mannai to build an enterprise resource planning and logistics management information system for Qatar’s armed forces under a five-year contract.
Boeing said Wednesday its Tapestry Solutions business will provide the GOLDesp maintenance, repair and overhaul software platform while Oracle will supply its E-Business suite for integration into the ERP/LMIS platform.
GOLDesp is designed to help users manage complex ground, air, sea and space assets.
Mannai will oversee the implementation of Oracle-made personnel, finance and procurement tools as part of the contract with Qatar military.
The industry team will also provide maintenance support for ERP/LMIS system.
Tapestry Solutions operates under Boeing’s global services segment and offers information management software and services to the government, defense and commercial sectors.
