An Oshkosh subsidiary has received a $15.4 million foreign military sales contract from the U.S. Army to provide missile transport equipment and training support to Qatar and Kuwait.
Oshkosh Defense will deliver M985A4 guided missile transporters with cranes, M985A4 Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck, Multiple-Launch Rocket System resupply trucks, M984A4 HEMTT wreckers and M983A4 HEMTT tractors to the two FMS customers, the Defense Department said Friday.
The Army Contracting Command solicited one bid for the contract and obligated the full contract amount at the time of award.
Oshkosh Defense will perform work in Wisconsin through May 31, 2019.
