Frank Orr, a certified geographic information systems and project management professional, has joined Woolpert as program director for the company’s GIS solutions business.
Orr said in a statement published Tuesday that he aims to help the company identify technology platforms to address customers’ challenges and develop an outreach strategy for both existing and potential new clients.
He previously held positions at CenturyLink, CH2M and Critigen.
He has worked as adjunct professor within the GIS department at University of Denver since 2002.
Denver-based Woolpert offers geospatial expertise to federal, state and local government sectors.
