A Valiant Integrated Services subsidiary has won a one-year, $13.1 million contract to help operate and maintain the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command.
Under the contract, Valiant Government Services will also help manage the National Museum of Health and Medicine as well as the Armed Forces Medical Examiner Service, the Defense Department said Tuesday.
The Army Corps of Engineers received two bids for the firm-fixed-price contract via the internet and obligated the full contract amount at the time of award.
McLean, Virginia-based Valiant launched its government services arm upon the completion of the firm’s acquisition of Hopkinsville, Kentucky-based ABM Government Services last year.
