Michelle McCarthy, former corporate controller at Analog Devices, has joined defense electronics manufacturer Mercury Systems as vice president, chief accounting officer and controller.
Mercury Systems said Tuesday McCarthy will report to Chief Financial Officer Michael Ruppert and oversee the company’s financial reporting, accounting and tax operations.
The certified public accountant previously served as corporate financial reporting manager at J. Jill and manager of the retail, manufacturing and industrial group at Ernst and Young.
McCarthy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting and finance degree from Suffolk University Sawyer Business School.
