Stephanie O’Sullivan, former principal deputy director at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, has joined the advisory board of Herndon, Virginia-based communications and technology services contractor Peraton.
The company said Thursday O’Sullivan led information technology integration efforts during her time as PDDNI, the second-highest position in the U.S. intelligence community.
In that capacity, she also led efforts to research, build and deploy advanced data collection systems for intelligence agencies between February 2011 and January 2017.
She previously held various leadership roles at the CIA, the Office of Naval Intelligence and TRW.
“Stephanie is the consummate intelligence professional, leader, mentor and technologist,†said Peraton President and CEO Stu Shea, a 2018 Wash100 recipient.
Shea added that O’Sullivan will bring insights and knowledge of intelligence requirements as the company aims to help customers advance their missions with technology.
