ICF has received a potential four-year, $10 million subcontract to support the enterprise learning office within the U.S. Air Force‘s Air Mobility Command.
The company said Tuesday it aims to help AMC implement a learner-centric model for the command to manage organizational, team and individual performance through a combination of experience, training and education.
“We are proud of our role in helping AMC develop and implement new concepts for learning and innovation throughout the command,” said Kris Tremaine, an ICF senior vice president.
Efforts under the contract include learning transformation strategy and program design; learning analytics, curriculum development, digital/mobile strategy and implementation, learning infrastructure/technology and interactive learning experiences.
The contract has one base year and three one-year options.
ICF has supported AMC ELO since the office’s inception in 2013.
