Debra Lehman Joins ACT I as Business Development VP; Michael Niggel Comments

Debra Lehman, a 35-year government contracting veteran, has joined Advanced Concepts and Technologies International as vice president of business development and program manager for the company’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services contract.

She will lead ACT I’s efforts to identify, qualify and pursue business opportunities with the U.S. Navy and federal civilian agencies through the General Services Administration‘s OASIS vehicle, the company said Tuesday.

“Her extensive experience will support our strategic growth goals as we look to expand into new market segments,” said ACT I CEO Michael Niggel.

Lehman spent 23 years at MCR and has managed various acquisition programs related to U.S. Air Force, Army and Navy weapon systems during her career there.

Before MCR, she worked at Northrop Grumman for eight years and at Raytheon for four years.
