Cahrasoft Technology has signed a deal to become the distributor and master government aggregator of RackTop-built data management and orchestration products.
Carahsoft said Thursday it will distribute RackTop’s technology offerings to federal customers and resellers through the General Services Administration Schedule and NASA‘s Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement contract, Carahsoft said Thursday.
The Brikstor platform is designed to store and secure government data in one shared location, while the myRack orchestration technology is built to help customers manage data storage on-premises and in the cloud.
Eric Bednash, co-founder and CEO of RackTop, said the company integrated software-based storage with security and encryption tools to develop unified platforms.
Bednash added the partnership with Carahsoft seeks to help government clients address compliance, data and cybersecurity challenges.
Terry Drinkwine, vice president of sales at Carahsoft, said that RackTop offerings work to help organizations prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data.
