A round of Series B financing has pulled in $23 million for StreetShares, a financial services provider to government contractors.
The company said Wednesday it secured a $20 million investment from Rotunda Capital Partners and a total of $3 million from existing investors, such as veteran-focused venture firm Stony Lonesome Group.
Mark Rockefeller, StreetShares CEO, said the investments will help the company continue its funding assistance for veteran entrepreneurs, small businesses, government contractors and impact investors.
Reston, Virginia-based StreetShares offers loans, business funding and lines of credit for small businesses; financing for government contractors; and an impact investment product meant to support veterans, their families and the main street business community.
