Reportlinker: C4ISR Tech Spending in North America to Reach $732B by 2027 - top government contractors - best government contracting eventReportlinker has unveiled a new report that predicts the global market for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems will reach more than $177 billion in cumulative value by 2027 at a 2.4 percent compound annual growth rate.

An increasing demand for battle-space awareness and network centric warfare modernization efforts will help drive C4ISR market growth over the 10-year forecast period, Reportlinker said Thursday.

North America is forecast to spend more than $732 billion on C4ISR systems through 2027, primarily driven by adoption of C4ISR equipment to support overseas missions.

The report noted that North America will account for 44 percent of the entire market, followed by the Asia-Pacific region with 22.4 percent, Europe with 22 percent.

Middle East is projected to capture 7 percent of the C4ISR market while Africa and Latin America are predicted to collectively represent 3.5 percent of that market.
