Eric Redman, former vice president of sales and marketing at Neology, has joined Parsons as VP and systems product sales lead.
Parsons said Tuesday Redman brings 20 years of software and hardware market experience to his new position and will oversee business development and marketing strategies across the western U.S. region for the company’s infrastructure systems group.
He previously led Neology’s business development activities in Europe, Asia and North America.
Between 2012 and 2015, he served as a national sales manager at 3M and helped formulate strategies to market automated vehicle identification technologies.
He joined 3M through its 2012 acquisition of Federal Signal Corp., where Redman served as VP for North American sales.
